At Althea Glow House, we want every customer to feel comfortable and informed when shopping with us. If you need to return an item or report a problem with your order, please review the terms below.
Return Request Period
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Original packaging should be included when applicable, and proof of purchase or a valid order number may be required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty, skincare, and personal care products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with may not be eligible for return.
Products Excluded from Returns
We generally cannot accept returns for:
1. Opened or used beauty and skincare products
2. Final sale or clearance merchandise
3. Gift cards
4. Customized or personalized products
5. Items damaged through misuse or improper handling
6. Products returned without prior approval
Starting the Return Process
Before mailing an item back, please contact our customer support team and provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and a brief explanation of your request.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, clear photos of the product and packaging may be requested to help us review the issue.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns.
If the issue resulted from an error by Althea Glow House, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. Althea Glow House is not responsible for return packages that are lost or delayed by the carrier.

Order Issues and Damaged Items
Please inspect your package after delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photos of the product, packaging, or shipping label to verify the issue and determine the most suitable solution.
Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order issue was caused by Althea Glow House.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. Customers who would like a different product should complete the approved return process and place a new order.
Cancellation requests must be made before an order is processed or shipped. Orders that have already shipped must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
